I am running Windows 10 Home and had successfully got QImage to run in trial mode. Today I installed the Canon TM 200 drivers and all of a sudden QImage refuses to load. The splash screen comes up followed by the following dialog: --------------------------- Application Error --------------------------- Exception EListError in module Qimage.exe at 000B5694. List index out of bounds (1). --------------------------- OK --------------------------- I have removed and re-installed the software I have removed all the printer drivers on the machine (and still get the error after receiving another error telling me I have no drivers installed) Can you help please? I would suggest holding the Shift key
while launching Qimage Ultimate: continue holding the Shift key until the program starts. From that point, you should be able to use the "Help" menu up top and select "Reset all program settings". Hopefully that will clear any issues. Regards, Mike |
