Title: File from Job Log Folder: How to change image size?
Post by: clinchfield on June 17, 2022, 06:45:54 PM
I want to print some images from the Job Log Folder but I want them slightly smaller. I tried going to Prints > Custom and choosing Specify ONE dimension and entering the desired dimension but that did not change the size of the image.

Is there a way to do this?

You mean you are opening a job from the job log folder and then trying to change the size of a print on the live view (from that job)?  All you have to do is select the print(s) on the live view and then click on a new size.  Did you have print(s) selected when you chose to size by one dimension?

Regards,
Mike

Yes, that's what I meant.

That's what the issue was - I hadn't selected the print.

But after I selected the print and then chose Specify ONE dimension and entered the desired dimension, the print cropped even though Auto Cropping was off. I messed with it for awhile a eventually I got it to my desired size without it being cropped. I found that turning Auto Cropping on then off again was what worked for me. Is there something I missed?

Thank you, Mike.

I can't replicate any behavior like that.  As soon as I choose size by one dimension and I click short side, it turns auto cropping off (even if it was originally on).  When I apply the size, go back to the main window, and click on the print, it shows auto cropping is off.
