Title: Finding an image number Post by: siwalker71 on March 21, 2024, 01:09:34 PM Hi, is there an easy way of finding an image number, so like in lightroom you can just type a number and the image appears, I sometimes have 10000 images in one folder and this would make it easy to process
thanks Title: Re: Finding an image number Post by: MelW on March 21, 2024, 05:35:11 PM Are you talking about the number that is part of the file name?
Title: Re: Finding an image number Post by: admin on March 21, 2024, 10:01:00 PM Qimage has multiple search capabilities. If you are talking about searching for an image number like "1234", just click right above the thumbnails where it says "Search Thumbnails" and type "1234" and it'll show you only the images in the current folder with "1234" in the file name. There's also database searching, searching for meta data, search entire folders/drives, etc. as part of the database searching capabilities but I suspect you are talking about file names.
