I have added floating text to an image and when I saved it to my folder the text was missing.
How can I ensure that the text is saved along with the image?

You can't add floating text to an image.  Floating text is a print/page attribute, not an image edit: you add it to the page (live view).  If you want to save what the live view looks like including floating text, you can print to file.

Hi Mike,
I Just spotted your reply this morning. In the meantime, I did ferret out that ' print to file' was the way to save floating texts. The procedure is a bit cumbersome but it works.
