Please, please, please could you make the flash card copy/move window re-sizeable? I'm getting really fed up having to scroll up and down to see my operations

It'll show 7 operations without scrolling.  You have more than 7?

I also have more than 7. I always have to use the scroll. I have multiple backup drives and I separate my photos and video to different multiple drives.
