For you and anyone else in the path of Dorian - I will be thinking about you.  This one does look scary. (this is also a selfish thought: i need Mike's QU updates and Fred's help to straighten me out whenever I screw up). - Mel W. - Columbia Md.

As you pointed out to me many times over the years, my problem is that I do not Drink. If I would adopt your cure-all, I wouldn't even notice the storm.
But don't worry. I am a big guy and I will take care of Mike.
Already put all my Qimages into a waterproof Ziplock bag.

Today it looks like it might skip our state and affect the Carolinas, or skip the U.S. altogether.  If it does, I'll have to find a use for these hurricane supplies (water and liquor).  Maybe I'll have Fred over and teach him how to drink!  Will keep you informed of any associated delays for the QU 2020 edition.  Cheesy

OK He spilled the beans already.
Mike used the MAT feature and both borders to create a 1000m border around Florida. He used the Mat thickness only on the right side of the state so the strong part is protecting us.
What a guy!!

I can report to the forum that QU wins again. CS5 tried to lasso Dorian and delete it. Lightroom tried to Clone it out. Didn't work. Seas too rough. But QU used just 3 borders, and still had many mats left to activate if needed. It prevailed.
Dorian has decided to leave this area. Too many borders to surmount.

Since this protection works on blizzards, tornadoes, and avalanches, it behooves us all not to hesitate when it is time to renew your QU for 20 bucks.
Footnote: It only works when the  current version of Qimage Ultimate is used.
