Title: Full Page Editor Settings Location
Post by: JustGeorge on June 24, 2019, 04:01:40 PM
Good morning (at least here in the Pacific Northwest),

When I tweak an image with the full page editor, where are those settings stored?  I can find jobs and similar, but nothing that looks like it has the edit settings.

Thanks.

I assume you mean by double clicking to open the IMAGE editor.
Those files are stored in the same folder as the image and are .flt (filter) files.

If you do mean the full page editor, the only settings I can think of that are stored would be the crop window settings.
Any positioning or resizing or floating text stuff will disappear unless you go to your main screen and save the JOB.

No wonder I couldn't find them!   ;D  Hidden in plain sight?  And logically, I first looked for them in C:\ProgramData\ddisoftware\Qimage\Filters -- they're a filter.

And yes.  For some reason I call the Image Editor (Ctrl-Alt-F or double-click) the full page editor, as opposed to the Edit Page editor (Ctrl-E).

Thanks Terry.
