Hi MIke, Best advice it to click FILE , UNCLOGGER You will get a screen like what you see in the attached screen snap Now click the little RED "V" at the lower right corner of that screen. However, I just obtained a canon Pro-10 and the unclog printout shows nothing for Chroma Optimizer. Many printer have clear coat carts now, should they not be included in the unclog pattern printing?

Chroma optimizer is not a channel that can be "printed". Instead, it gets laid down as a consequence of printing other colors so it is recommended to leave chroma optimizer on "Auto" so that the printer lays down the optimizer in a pattern along with other colors.
