This sounds like a phone or phone-to-camera problem.  All GPS info on all photos I've seen go down to the seconds.  In fact, two decimal places of the seconds.  When I take a photo with my phone, I can tell what room of my house I'm in!

But yes, you can send a link to a sample photo and I can look at it.

Thanks for the file.  Your file has a zero in the seconds field for both GPS longitude and GPS latitude so Qimage is displaying the data as-is: as it is written in the EXIF header.  I did some research on the problem and found that some devices incorrectly write "0.00" in the seconds field and instead store the seconds as the fractional part in the minutes field.  You can then "calculate" the missing seconds by taking the fractional part of the minutes field and multiplying by 60.  Apparently people were complaining that iPhones do this: are you using an iPhone?  In any case, I've implemented the workaround (which is what I assume Affinity and others are doing) and it works.

See the attached screenshot from the updated QU.  This will go out in the next 112 version, likely within the next week; not going to push a new version for just this fix but it'll be incorporated into 2022.112 whenever that comes out.

P.S.  This is the first time I've seen this.  Not sure why any device would write "0.00" into the seconds field just to store it in the fractional part of the minutes field because all three fields are required in EXIF: hours, min, sec.

2022.112 was just released: adds the ability to see seconds on these photos that store seconds in the "minutes" field.
