Hello,

I purchased Qimage for $79.00. I received a verification of payment, but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY LICENSE NUMBER.

I sent two emails to your Support address, and I gotten no response from you in three weeks. I cannot use the version I downloaded because the trial period has expired.

PLEASE SEND MY LICENSE NUMBER, or I will void the payments with my credit card company.

First, you are posting in the wrong forum because you didn't order Qimage Ultimate: you ordered Qimage One.

Second, we have received NO emails from you and you couldn't have been trying to reach us about non-receipt for 3 weeks because you just ordered 11 days ago (on March 16).

Third, the registration email with download instructions was sent to the same email address you are using here on the forum: it was sent when you ordered on March 16 at 3:49pm eastern time.  Please check your spam, junk, promotions, and other folders in your Gmail online as the message probably got auto-filtered.  I also just sent your Qimage One registration email again today to help you locate it.  So now you have two copies: one from March 16 when you ordered and second one from today.
