Title: HEIC Format Post by: Terry-M on January 18, 2023, 10:36:22 AM One for Mike:
I was sent some High Efficiency Image File Format images from an iPhone to process & print but QU cannot open them. I used Affinity Photo to convert to JPEG's so I am now able to print. Is there ay possibility that QU will be able to process these images in the Future? Terry Title: Re: HEIC Format Post by: admin on January 18, 2023, 02:09:32 PM Those are already supported. What is the file extension on the files you are using? It's my understanding that Apple uses .heic for the file extension?

See screen shot of icon attched. Terry Title: Re: HEIC Format Post by: admin on January 18, 2023, 08:38:57 PM Yeah, those are supported. You may need an HEVC Video Codec for Windows. If you want to post a link to a sample, I can see if it works.

Those work fine. See attached.
Mike Title: Re: HEIC Format Post by: admin on January 19, 2023, 01:18:43 PM Per my post above, if it doesn't work for you, you probably don't have the HEVC codec installed. I found the direct link to it:
