I upgraded to V2014.115, nice new grey layout!  But now when I hit File/Recall it does not find my many saved printing setups. None of them. Why has this neede changing? I have no idea where they are. Please can you help me point Qimage to where it always found them before. I need to print today and rely heavily on my setups and can't remember the specific paper profiles I use for specific papers. Thanks in advance

Nothing has changed, the Save folder is in C:\ProgramData\ddisoftware\Qimage and QU has used this location for many versions now. Is it possible you changed this location when QU was previously installed?
You can check the Application Data from the Utilities menu in QU, have a look there and see what there is.
It may be worth checking the C:\Program Files (x86)\Qimage-U folder top see if the old Save folder is there.

Thanks Terry. I don't know what had happened and I didn't change where my Saved folder was pointing. In trying to change it I used the little yellow folder in Qimage to redirect it where to look, and, as you can see from my link below, it would not show the ProgramData folder for some reason. So I couldn't choose it! However by manually writing the path I somehow managed to get it back to where it was before and it now shows all my saved setups. Thanks as always.

That's because by default it's a hidden folder - that can be changed on folder Tools- Options. However if you use the QU Utilities link, it always works.
Pleased to hear you have it sorted  Wink
