Hi Nick,
I cant speak to Windows 11; I still have 10; 11 scares me.
But what I am asking you to do is to give some detail for Mike, so when he gets into his office he can try to duplicate what you get.
What does Qimage show on screen when you activate send via email? Any error messages? Also explain step by step your sequence of moves.

I had been working with Nick via email until we determined that the default email program was not opening, which means MAPI is not working.  The default mail program (Outlook) opens without a problem on the two Windows 11 machines I have here so I am not of much help.  Qimage expects MAPI to be working the same as it would expect a printer driver to be working.  Although I can help with most printer drivers, I'm not a Windows MAPI expert: it has always worked for me and it is a part of Windows so I never had the chance to diagnose problems related to MAPI mail support.

So Nick asked about posting here and I said it was a good idea.  We were hoping someone else has had (and corrected) a MAPI issue on Windows so we could get some ideas.
