Title: RAW processing: How to use DCP color profiles from X-Rite Colorchecker?
Post by: Thomas Krüger on May 01, 2011, 08:17:54 AM
Doing reproductions of artwork like paintings, sometimes on location under different light conditions, specific camera-/lens profiles created on the fly with  the X-Rite Colorchecker are a great time saver for the conversion of the file from raw to tiff in Lightroom. The final step is printing with Qimage.

To do the same work with the raw converter of Qimage is it possible to use or specify a certain DCP color profile for a batch of images in the profile folder of Qimage? Maybe the DCP profile can be converted into a ICM profile for using it in the profiles folder of Qimage.

For example with the dcpTool the DCP profiles can be converted to XML, maybe this data can be used for a specific color profile in Qimage:
