Is there a command or option to save the printer profiles I have created ?

If you are referring to ICC profiles they should be saved in the Windows folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color by the profiling software.
What QU can do is in the Printers and Settings tab, save printer set-ups for paper type, size, printer profile and driver settings. Multiple set-ups can be saved. See screen shots below.
This video should help you https://youtu.be/x6sigV6wjDk but note it's with an earlier version where the UI is a little different. What you see on the video is now all on the Printers and Settings tab.

You can also click the Red V at the bottom of the left of the settings tab for a detailed Video.
NB. Make sure the video link buttons are visible via the Help menu in Qimage Ultimate.

I was referring to the "printer and settings" files that I saved.

Thanks ... I now see where they are saved. (though it was right there in front of me)  Sad
