Hi

I print using Qimage using an Epson 7890. Usually everything is fine, but sometimes, after printing, or if i get an error such as out of paper/ink etc, I get a dialogue box popping up and i can't close it. Clicking the Cancel box doesn't, clicking the red close 'X' top right doesn't either. So eventually the only way I know to get rid of it is with the Task manager and that does work but is a pain to have to use every time. Can anyone throw any light on why this box won't close?
