It happens when I use either the stand alone or the photoshop plugin. And it is applied to any new image I add, regardless of size or origin.
I restarted the program as well as the computer and updated to the latest version. It still remains stuck.

I was able to repeat it.
It only happens when you use the box in Page Editor.
Use the feature from the main screen, Printers and settings tab and it will turn off.
I will call Mike's attention to this, and thank you for your eagle eyes.
PS Nothing to do with Plug In feature.
