Hello,

I use from times to times the Info stamp.
Unfortunately I miss a function over also printing information under the picture to insert (automatically).
Printing profile (Epson Premium Semiglossy, Rendering Ident, Black Point (BPC), Print Sharpening Method and value, assigned printer (Epson 9800), printing resulotion (1440x720), Printing program (Qimage) ...
Could be build in such a function?

Thanks Wolfgang

Wolfgang,
If I understand what you want correctly, you want to be able to print information under the print in the margin.
That is already in Qimage in two places.
If you want file and image name info... Exif info like that, just check the info box in the lower right of the main screen in Job Properties.
If you want to type in special comments, the go to the Full Page Editor screen, right mouse click the large image, and select Text Annotation.
You will be able to type what you wish, and it will be placed under the print too.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the answer.

I think a better solution are would be, even if as selection in the Infostamp is available.
The second method (Page Editor) is somewhat too circuitous.
I think, so printing info should also be contained in the Infostamp.
So that one can assign if necessary fast and automatically that to all pictures.
Supplementing still the own company name should be contained in the printing information.
Also for test printings and for profiling papers is this useful.
All this increases the value of prints also for customers.

Thanks Wolfgang

Wolfgang,
I think you are missing the point somewhat.
The info stamp contained in the Editor page, places the information on the image; it becomes part of the image. (of course it is a filter and can be turned off) but it is still part of the image; like a crop of the image done in the editor.

Adding information to the print using Annotated text, adds to the print margin only, and yes, it can be circuitous when you have to type something on each print, but that job is usually notations like "My cousin Sarah at graduation, or My sister Rose "

What you want is the information to be places automatically on each print, as you stated

This takes one checkmark in a box called INFO. You can select Detailed Info (all EXIF), or Filename and extension, or Filename only.
When that box is checked, that information  goes on every print in the margin, automatically, until you turn it off.

That sounds like exactly what you are asking for.

The difference between Info stamp and the Exif checkbox would be this:   If you are emailing the images, or placing them on a CD or DVD, your images would have the stamp when you create JPGS, TIFFS, or save the entire image with filter.
If you use the checkbox method, that information goes only on the printed page.
Hope this clears it up.
