Hello,

I'm currently running 2022.101 on my Windows 10 Machine (i7 8700, 16GB)
Today I was trying to "Print to file" with intellegent border.
The original file is a 16bit RGB file, 24744px X 16535px
Qimage won't show it on the negivation panel.

On the bottom of the error informatio window, is said (4) Are zero bytes in length.

I tried to "save as" in photoshop again and still happening.
May I know what exactly did I do wrong?

Thanks
Aaron

Try saving it as 8 bits/channel.  At 16 bits/channel, a file with that super high resolution is 2.5 GB and Qimage is limited to about 2 GB.  What size are you printing?  A 24744 x 16535 pixel photo is good for an 82 x 55 inch print.

Regards,
Mike
