I am working with a Windows 7 (32 bit) system, Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000, QU 2016.113.  This has been happening for a while now.

The mouse will scroll on the thumbnail page multiple lines if not the whole thumbnail page when I scroll the mouse one line.  It will seems to buffer scrolls and just rolls to the bottom or top of the page of thumbnails making it very difficult to select a thumbnail for viewing or editing.

I only see the problem when running QU.  I have latest Microsoft drivers, updates, patches, etc.

Anyone else have this problem? Any Suggestions?

Never heard of that.  Does it do that on other dialogs too like the File/Recall dialog when scrolling filenames?  Must be something about the scroll messages sent by your mouse.  Do you have any special options set for mouse wheel scrolling that might be relevant?

Regards,
Mike

Mike,

FIXED. Only tried the thumbnail section.

FIXED.  I download newer mouse drivers from Microsoft and the mouse now works properly.  Wonder why it only occurred in QU though. Huh?

Needed to delete Microsoft Keyboad and Mouse utility and install Intelipoint utility instead.  The latest Intelipoint utility offers a lot more control over the mouse..

Thanks for the quick reply.

Andy
