I'm trying to create a layout for 2 A2 cards with text or a logo on the back.

I have my layout set in Edit Page saved and when I go add images the text moves.
I also tried using a logo but can't keep it saved in position

Is this possible or should I layout my cards in another app

Your text is linked to prints (linked to the templates on the page) and can change when actual prints are added to the templates.  Change the layout by right clicking on the text dots in the full page editor to edit the text.  Then uncheck "Link to" so the floating text isn't linked to any prints.  At that point it is "linked" to the page and will not move on the page.
