Strange topic name.
Here's my situation. I have about 500 sheets of 13 x 19 Canon Ultra luster and semi gloss.
I have some 8.5 x 11 too, but no 5 x 7 sheets.
Quite often, I am asked for a 5 x 7 of an image. How do Imake one 5 x 7 with no sheets that size. To use an 8.5 x 11 works, but a big waste for one 5 x 7.
So, using QU's new layout technique, I used one sheet of 13 x 19 Ultra Luster, I made 5 perfect 5 x 7 sheets.
Here are the steps if you want to try it.

1) Set Qimage to 13 x 19 or A3+ paper size vertical page.
2) Click on Prints Tab and choose 5 x 7 for your size.
3) Go to last thumbnail, Template, and click the little + 5 times. That will give you 5 -5 x 7 templates. If you click again, it starts page 2.
4) OK , now we go into the driver and select borderless and no expansion.
This is optional. It makes one less big cut on your trimmer.  Now the left edge is the edge and needs no cutting.
4a) Set placement to Intelli cut
5) Pay attention:  Now go to Prints tab, lower area, and add to first white border, 7.0. Yes seven point zero.
6) Last item:  Go to Printer settings tab, and find CUT MARKS on right side. Select solid black Line.
You will get very light printed guide lines to cut.
Perfect  sized 5 x 7s.

If you have extra sheets of other sizes like 8.5 x 11 and want 3 4x6, same routine just select 4 x 6 instead of 5 x 7

Of course, paper cutter. Always need that, but my point is when you are  asked for one 5 x 7 and you have no paper that size, printing a 5 x 7 on a larger sheet and cutting out the 5 x 7 leaves residual paper not in good condition.
I have a stack of 10 blank 5 x 7s now as if I bought that size.

What about roll paper users?  They need some sheets from time to time 5 x 7, 8 x 10 etc. They push out a set of sheets and are all set.

I am really old school... our desks had ink wells that you dipped your pen tip in to write.

Not everything works for everyone. It was a good feature that worked for me.
