The paper size is A3.
Qimage reporting page 11.458x16.302 in. (360x360)
I want to print 2 images to this paper size with same margins for 3 sides: left, right and up or down, so the middle of the paper to be left empty.
The upper image is set to: up 0.12, left 0.12, right 0.12 down 8.81
The lower image is set to: up 8.81, left 0.12, right 0.12 down 0.12
Printer Epson 3880.
The print come out with unequal margins for left and right..
Any advice?

Hi Rani,
I assume when you say upper image, you really mean upper margin...
We are OK there.
Just tell me whether you have your page in portrait or landscape mode.  Also what size prints?
Since you want 2 on a page, I need to know what size.

Waiting for your reply, I took 2 minutes to make this so far.
I have '12 on the left, .12 on the right, and .12 on top.
Need to know the desired print size.

Hi Fred
I want to maximize the photos to be printed on the page with the margins only, so the photos sizes are: 9.5x11.5.
It's in portrait mode

Please clarify.
Both together measure 9.5 x 11.5??

The Page is portrait, but the images on the page are?Huh??

OK if both images touch in the center of the page?
Is that what you are trying for?

I think I am getting the idea?
Is this what you want?

.12 left and right and above the upper image. 8.87 below the upper image and 8.87 above the lower image?

I am basing it on your initial POST

OK so all you want now is to what?

I have a feeling that the right side panel that is saying 8.80 lower margin has you confused....
That is just telling you that you have selected the top image, and based on *its* position, there's 8.80 inches from that image to the bottom of the page.
It doesn't indicate a margin.
Select the lower image by clicking on it, and then it will show you the lower margin, and, also, the distance from that image to the top.

See my attachments. The second one shows a .12 lower margin because I selected the lower image.

Did I get it right?
I think that's what you wanted??

Yes. This is how I set everything.
When the print come out the margins are not equal to the sides (left/right)

There can be only two possibilities.
One is that you tried to adjust margins in the Qimage Margin adjuster. RESET that to default.

OR, You messed with page layout in the driver.
See attached.
What are you getting from the print measurement?

That why I'm so frustrated.

What size is actually printing?
If you measure the paper, what is the discrepancy?

Rani,
Try this:
Reduce the size of both prints to 11.45 instead of 11.46.
It bothers me that the print size is larger than the page size. Page size is 11.458, and the print size you requested is 11.460.
I know it's a rounding off misalignment, but in theory, you cannot print an 11.46 print on 11.45 paper.
Drop that print size down 1/100 of an inch, and try it.

The discrepancy is 2 mm.
I will try to reduce the sizes to 11.45.
In the future for different sizes, what should I do?
It seems to be same problem for other prints as well
