Let us know if that solves it or not.
Qimage is very precise on print sizes. You should not be having trouble.
Are you popping back and forth from metric to US?
That could be a problem rounding off mms and inches.

I just made a print of your page with dimensions as specified, and the print is perfect with all margins equal at .12 inches.
I did it two ways. One was an actual print on A3 Epson Prem Glossy, and the other was a print to FILE
Both are perfect.

Hi Rani,
I have read through this thread but I see there is one possibility that has not been mentioned: a hardware problem.
Fred is right, QU is very precise in terms of setting the dimensions of both print size & position but in the end it depends on the printer to produce the goods.
I'm sure if you measure a print size it will be exactly what QU says it will be.
I have an ageing Epson R800 and it produces results similar to what you are getting, ie. the page margins on the long edges are not equal and are not almost 1mm (0.04") different or put another way the printable area is 0.5mm off-centre. This has gradually got worse over a period of time.
It seems to me that the lateral movement of the print head is off-set from the paper guides.
I'm assuming you have the paper guide set to be snug with the sheet so I wonder if your printer has lost it's lateral alignment accuracy.
