I have used Qimage for years without problems and recently upgraded to v2012.217 and my printer from HP Z3100 to Z3200. My computer has W7 64-bit and 12GB memory. Several times now I have manually positioned several (2-4) images on a 17x96" page (this does not fill the page and the printer is set to not print white space). The thumbs look good on the preview, but, when I print, one of them in the second row does not print or is partly cut off. Interestingly, the filename is printed when this happens. I figure this must be a bug in Qimage, but I can't rule out a bug in the HP printer driver which is up to date. Any ideas?

Hi Dave,
This has been an ongoing issue for many years as you can see by the dates on the articles.
This has been solved and documented.
So take your time and read the two articles, Set your Driver settings as suggested, and even inside Qimage Ultimate/Edit Preferences, Printing Options, and set to RAW

Hi Fred,
I read both articles you posted and tried all the suggestions. In particular I am using the USB connection and in Qimage properties I have set Print Spooler Format to RAW - Large Prints. The problem did not go away and is still as I described above. However, I have now learned what is triggering the problem: It happens only when I check the Info box to write the filename below the print. When I include Info and have several images on the page I always have problems with missing or cut off images whether or not I am using USB and RAW. The filename is printed fine when this happens. If I don't include Info it always works whether or not I use USB and RAW. I did not have this problem until I upgraded my printer and Qimage.

Dave,
I just double checked Qimage as to what it does when INFO is turned on even with borderless in use or fit to page, or even defining a size manually.
Qimage works right every time, and the prints I made testing (of course not on an HP Z series)  were fine.

My best suggestion is to give as much information as you can in your next post, regarding size, placement, number of images, printer driver version, etc, and Ernst will see your post and be able to help.
He is the expert on HP large format, and I'm sure he saw your previous posts, but concluded from the time lapse that you were fixed and happy.
This time, he will see the problem and offer some good advice.

Ok, thanks I will do that. I will also test on my old Z3100 so I will be able to tell if it is Qimage or the printer driver. The problem is not so urgent because we do not require the filenames, just that they are convenient sometimes.
