Hi,
I would find it useful to have a few more links to external editors. The right click on thumbnails method could lead to a drop down box with four or five editors etc that I had set upset up via utilities.
I like the way Qimage does the RAW files so I tend to use Qimage as my starting point and it would be easier to get to Lightroom, Photoshop, Psp, Portrait Pro, Smart Photo and others. I could then do what I want in them and easily pop back to Qimage for printing.
Perhaps I'm being lazy, but it would be useful.

To my opinion this is a good feature request.
But maybe you consider a "vice-versa" workflow as I do.
My starting point is a DAM (in my case IMatch 5). From this starting point I am able to send all my files to the apropriate application.
I attach a screenshot with a collection of application I use.

Thanks Winfried,
I'd never heard of IMatch (except for the Apple ITunes Match music one that I use,  I'm surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit).  I might have a play with the free download but it's fairly pricey at $110.
The reason I'd like the Qimage extra links is that I find I see something I want to change just as I'm about to print, so I can go straight off to an editor and after saving the changes I'm straight back in Qimage ready to print. Usually I link to Photoshop  but sometimes Paintshop pro is quicker and Photoline does fancy text more easily.
Using the Photo Editor set up would be simpler if you could select eg C:\Program Files as your starting point to make changing editors easier rather than starting in Qimage folder but separate links would be very useful.
Regards, John

Or a different but direct editor path per image file type; RAW, Tiff, Jpeg.

Met vriendelijke groet, Ernst
