Is Qimage Ultimate (latest version) able to create HDRs from three images or more? I've searched but only find info on creating an HDR from a single image. Currently I use the original Google NIK HDR plug-ins with Photoshop cs4.

No. Qimage can't combine exposures. That along with panorama stitching, cloning, inpainting, etc. are considered "deeper" editing tools. Qimage only includes overall image touchup tools for more basic editing as it isn't considered an editing tool.
