I am not fully understanding what you did.
Did you INSTALL the printer driver from Epson in the new computer.???
Windows comes with some sort of a skeleton driver that works with some programs.
You need to install the REAL driver.
What printer do you have?

Copied settings??
All your saved jobs and such?
Does loading a previously made Printer setup load into Qimage?

Info please??

Please answer the above.
I had a similar problem because the old printer driver has a "copy 1" appened to it, and my new installation did not.

Let's ty this: Forget about any pre sets.
Click HELP and reset Printer.
Now open the print setup in Qimage. Find your printer (if you have more than one)
Manually set the paper type, and the quality settings etc.
Close that and try to print.
What happens??   Does Qimage make a print file? Do you get any error messages?
Do you have another printer which is the default, and Qimage thinks you want to print there.
How about some information??
