I have been a registered Qimage user for at least 15 years or longer and I want to stay that way. Problem is that I will change my ISP in September and with that my registered email-address will expire. So I notified mchaney@ddisoftware.com three times since last week and asked to enter my new email-address (that is already working) into the QU-database. Whenever I try to enter my new email-address in the appropriate QU-menue (Help>Registration Info, where it says "... or if you recently notified us of a change in your registered email address, enter the new email address below"), the new email address is rejected as "that email address is not in our database".

What do I do now? My QU-subscription will also expire in September and I would want to renew it rather than buy again as a new user under a new email address.

Sorry to use the forum, but my emails are still unanswered.

Peter, have you used this method below?
It is specially designed for email change for Ultimate.

http://www.ddisoftware.com/forms/qimage-u.html

Peter, try that link. If it still doesn't work, let me know.

Yes Fred, I did use that link. I just did it again. This time I sent it from my old email address that is still registered with QU, last week I sent it from my new email address. Maybe the problem is that the new email address is very, very similar to the old one (two digits missing).

I believe Mike has it set up to check the email address to see if it is registered. If not, it goes no further.
So sending it from the new email address might be the problem.
It's only 6:25 am here, and you need to give him about 4 more hours to get to the support stuff.

Don't worry.... we will sort it out

So, if I no longer have access to my old email then there's no way to get any more updates to Qimage without paying for a new version? I'm trying to get my email address changed.
