When I click on the File icon on menu bar, all I get is recall. I no longer see options for selecting either images or folders from my desktop. I recently upgraded to windows 11 and I wonder whether this could be the cause.
If I were to reinstall Qimage Ultimate, would this clear the problem?

Maybe I'm not reading it right, but clicking on the yellow folder always opens the SAVE folder which contains all the jobs and templates etc. To see folders and images, click on FOLDERS above the thumbnails.

If I didn't get it right, just hit me again.

There is no file icon.  You are clicking on the Recall button.  To get the File menu, click "File" (just above the Recall button where you've been clicking).  You get the attached.

Mike
