I used Qimage for years and then became ill and didn't print for a few years. Now I am ready to start again and want to upgrade to the Ultimate. I emailed Mike as it suggests, asking for a break on the price, giving full details of my s/n etc, in mid April, but have had no response. Is there any reason that I might not hear?
