Hi guys,

First of all, here is my workflow for adding multiple prints:
1. Recall settings (selects correct printer and profiles). For this case I have selected 61cm roll paper. My templates have each paper length at 500cm so I can add multiple images then 'remove white space'
2. Add images to paper
3. Print placement - Optimal. (this squeezes the images to the top of the paper on the screen).
 * sort prints here if necessary *
4. 'Clear white space from bottom of page'
5. Print placement - Optimal/spaced. Is there a way to have a 10mm border around all images at this stage? Clearing the white space takes away ALL the room.

Usually I have to edit the paper settings and add 1 or 2 cm's to the print, then optimal space again so there is a little gap around each image. The workflow is perfect is there is one images, but with many, I would like a set space between the images.

Add white Border+ 10,5mm and corner marks. Cut the corner marks off after that. Or what is faster, use a hardly visible color for the corner marks and cut right in the middle of the corner marks. In that case use only white 10mm+. The corner mark's color choice path is too complex in practice and prone to give errors in the next print run with border color so I do not use it that often. It would be much easier if the default color for the marks could be selected in preferences and kept that way. But that is an opinion.

My HP drivers behave differently on the Clear white space, the PCL3 driver does it unreliable, the PS3 driver does it correct most of the time.

met vriendelijke groeten, Ernst

Yes.
Simply set a 10mm border in the print properties - make sure you set B+ to maintain the image print size.
See screen shot attached below.
