Uncle...  I've watched videos and searched the commands trying to solve this problem. It's likely simple but has me stumped.

An uncropped camera pixel aspect ratio is 3:2 (1.50/.67), 4:3 (1.33/.75), or 16:9 (1.78/.56).

Typical home printer paper is 4x6 (.67), 5x7 (.71), 8.5x11 (.77), 11x17 (.65), 13x19 (.68), and 17x22 (.77).

For example, I want to retain the entire pixel size of a 3:2 landscape image and fit it onto the 8.5x11 paper, with no enlargement, i.e., clipping of the long edge. I can't find that setting(s). 

Please help.

Go slow. 3:2 aspect ratio can only fit an uncropped print, regardless what size paper. In other words, only a multiple of 3:2 will fill your page without cropping So simply turn off auto crop and print Your uncropped 3:2 image will prnt unspoiled.
You cannot fill a page with a different aspect ratio without distortion
If you click fit to page, auto cropping comes on because thatis the only way.

I don't know what you mean.  Please explain "doesn't auto enlarge to a .25 left/right border".  You mention 8.5 x 11 size.  Now .25 border.  You can't even print 8.5 x 11 on 8.5 x 11 paper unless you use borderless.  Are you?  I have no idea what you are trying to do.  If you turn off auto crop on the prints tab, one dimension of the print size will match and the other will be reduced by the amount needed to get a 4896:3264 aspect ratio.  There is no "white space" in the print itself: the print size is simply modified to fit the ratio of the image when you have crop turned off.

You said you wanted to use my option 2 (crop off).  So if you have a 4896x3264 image and you select a print size of 11x8.5 with crop off, you'll get an 11x7.33 inch print.  What size are you actually clicking in the print sizes?  8.5 x 11 is not a standard photo size.

Reset printer settings resets all settings that are related to the printer driver.  Qimage remembers printer driver settings by printer, by media type, etc. and if you reset them, it will cause Qimage to "forget" any remembered settings so that when you open the driver, it opens as it would with any other program: with the Windows defaults.

Reset all program settings resets all settings in Qimage including printer settings and UI settings like thumbnail size, window positions, divider settings (size of thumbnail grid vs live view, etc.), all options, etc.  It basically takes Qimage back to "factory defaults" as if you had just installed it for the first time.
