Title: outdated PDF help file
Post by: jerrydf on October 03, 2017, 05:19:08 PM
I have demonstrated QIU to many people all with the same result. They are interested in the program but are turned off when they download the help file only to learn it is six years old and the illustrations don't correspond to the current version. I agree. Some of us prefer to have, or print out, a manual that is current. Can't the PDF file be made current?

Jerry,
It turns out that the help files as such are always outdated due to QU growing and morphing so rapidly.
In place of that, Mike has opted for a little red "V" on ar just below every screen that is different.
This will take you to a video that is current for that particular item.
See screen snap
You can see a red V at the top which will explain printing, and another red V at the bottom which will explain the new settings screen.
Hope this helps,
Fred
