What is the best way to sync QI preferences like Jobs,Paper sizes and all the rest files for 2 different pc ?
(same Qi version, same Epson driver, not working at the same time)

Any advice much appreciated...

All this data is held in the Application Data Folder for QU.
You can click Utilities in QU, Explore Application Data to see what is there, see 1st screen shot.
The folder's file path is C:\ProgramData\ddisoftware.
See 2nd screen shot below.
I have done the same thing and copied selected folders to my laptop. Not all of the data is relevant to the other PC I think.
I suggest you back up the original ddisoftware folder before making changes.
