I get the email back and am asked to click on: https://www.ddisoftware.com/qimage-u/reg/v2018.122p but when I do Google just keeps looking and finds nothing, it just says "Waiting for Dashlane". I have never had trouble before all the time I have used Qimage. Please help. Regards, Roy

I would guess that you have a password manager app installed called Dashlane... and it's locking up. I don't know if you can turn Dashlane off or not but try disabling it. Or maybe try a different browser (Dashlane might not be installed on a different browser).
