This worked.
(1) Click the gear button to the right of the Properties button and uncheck all Driver AI options. Then repeat the reset all and
recreate your unclog job.
Almost missed "Then repeat reset all..." Didn't work w/o that step. It seems Driver AI hard sets something that 1) doesn't agree with my system and 2) doesn't clear by just unchecking options.
If I can stomach this again, I'll see if I can replicate the problem next week.
