Print sizing issue

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum, but not new to Qimage. I've been using it for years and love it.
But I'm stumped now. I printing a photo on a Canon i9900. I had previously cropped the image to 11 x 14 in. I want to print and 11 x 14 image onto 13 x 19 paper.
As far as I can see (checked over and over), all the settings are correct. But I get a 12.5 x 16 print.

Drivers are up-to-date, Qimage is up-to-date. The image appears correctly placed in the Preview Window.
I printed other photos at the same session without issue. Can anyone point me to something I may have over looked?

As always, the print is absolutely beautiful and is just how wanted it , except for size. In fact, I might reconsider and print it at 12 x 16, but when I set it up Qimage says it is too large for the page. Border overspray expansion is Disabled.

Hi CB
Couple of clarifying questions.

The above statement implies that the screen in Qimage is OK with size settings, but the print is 12.5 x 16... is that correct?

We have to look in the driver settings.

See screen snaps.
That's where you have to look.
It should look like 025 with output size grayed out.
If it looks like 026, then one of those buttons has been ticked like Borderless, or Fit to Page or Scaled...
That lights up the output size... my bet is you clicked scaled and have a % in there.

Anyway, if my assumption is right, that's where I would look.

If, on the other hand, you see 12.5 x 16 on the Qimage screen, then it's easy to go over the steps and fix whatever you are doing.

Thanks Fred. I checked and that was not the problem (see below). However, you did get me thinking about some other settings.
In the EDIT page I clicked on the scissors in the lower right of my image and choose to 'Remove Manual Cropping'.
Then I re-printed and it was perfect.
Thanks again for the push in the right direction.
I'm sure I'll be back to the forum soon. :-)

I cannot imagine that fixing the over size print problem.
Glad you are OK there, but I know there was something else... perhaps you dragged a corner, or used Original size and had created the image in a different program??
I wish I could see a screen snap of:
See snaps.
In all instances, the print size stays the same; 14 x 11.
Not yet cropped, cropped, and large image with rulers.

Also notice in 027 and 028, both screen shots show 14 x 11 print size.

Thank you, and that will print a 14 x 11 as sure as I am printing one right this moment
I am printing om A3, but the same situation exists.
My prints are 14 x 11.
OK All is well.
