Title: Fixed: Printer Not Recognized Post by: LindaJ on September 07, 2021, 10:16:03 PM FIXED: I reset all program settings and Poof! the Canon showed up.
****************************************************** I had to do a full clean-slate install of QImage using instructions provided by Mike. QImage is not recognizing my Canon Pro-10. It does recognize my Brother printer. The Pro-10 is connected via usb. I have installed the most recent printer driver. I have restarted my pc. No joy. The Pro-10 is seen by other programs, including Lightroom and the Qimage One plug-in. Suggestions for solving this problem are most welcome. TIA Linda J |
