Title: Printing off a Calendar on double-sided paper
Post by: HerrBill on January 13, 2020, 03:48:01 PM
Hi Fred,
I have another little teaser for you!
I am printing my 2020 calendar on double-sided matt paper. January to June is no problem because it doesn’t matter in what sequence I print. However, with the second six months December needs to match up to January, November to February and October to March etc.
Rather than match and feed the sheets individually for printing, is there any way that I can instruct Qimage to print in a particular sequence.
Best regards
Bill

Place the images in the Queue in the order you want them printed. First the Jan to June set then the July to Dec set with the paper loaded to print on the other side. I assume you can load multiple sheets into your printer.
Not Fred but Terry  :o

Thanks Terry,
I just came in.
Always remember that you can print any sheet with any image any time as an individual. Just go into Page Editor, and you can print one page from a bunch that you wish to print.

I have done as instructed and it has worked like a dream. This has saved me a lot of time.

Thank you both, Terry and Fred for your prompt replies.
Best regards
Bill

Now that I have my calendar printed, I wish to save it as a job which I can in future recall and reprint if necessary.
I assume that the correct procedure is as follows:-

>File>Save>Click on J and enter a name for example '2020 Calendar'

To recall

>file>Recall>enter the job name and bingo it should be there!

Am I on the right track?

On the same topic, what if I forget the name of the job, how can I find it?

Thanks again.

Use a more memorable name starting with "calendar" maybe.
Search by date using the date column or by image file, name by clicking the binoculars icon top right of the Window.
