I have tried to find this in HELP to no avail sorry. There is nothing that comes up when I search help for 'saving or recalling jobs' or 'why the file names are in red' ?
OK I finally found that the red names are filtered files Roll Eyes

When I open a group of 4 tiff files that I also have saved as jobs, in the browser the file names under the thumbs are in red, and when I recall these jobs to print, the prints do not show in the preview window. Instead of images in the preview I get red templates where the prints should be and the context help says I need to drag the thumbs over to the preview templates which works fine, but....
Usually all I have to do is open a recalled Job file and the preview page is populated with whatever images I have saved along with all the settings for printing not red templates.
I do have these four files saved as Jobs to be printed two 11 x 14s per page not Layouts.
What am I doing wrong?

Under the Thumbs in the browser
What do blue file names indicate?
What do magenta file names indicate?
I think the heat has fried my noggen
 Thanks, David

When that happens it usually means the image files have been moved from their original location - or deleted!

Blue indicates that the raw file has been refined in some way; magenta means it has been refined and a filter added.

Thanks Terry,
You are correct on the moving of files.
I realized today that I had done that a while back while rearanging my folders and had not printed those files since then.
Thanks again for the answer on the colors
I have watched all the videos and remembered that it had been pointed out in one.
Time for a refresher I guess Grin

Greatly appreciated as always,
 David
