Recently started at Zenfolio and was wondering what the best workflow would be to use QImage to generate the pictures for upload. I assume it will give the same superior quality as it does for prints.
I haven't found any utility or process for this. Am I missing something?

Have a look at my blog - http://grumpy-jeff.blogspot.com/ I am in process of updating the blog and yesterday I created a link to one of my folders on Zenfolio.
It is the top item Annecy.  There will be further fiddling and updating today so blog could be a little erratic at times (I frequently get in a hell of a mess with the HTML)

I just get a load of photos in Qultimate and then create web/email copies and upload to Zen.

I use the basic scheme at $25 and if you look at the above post there is a $5 discount code. (ie for anybody else, don't know if it is a one off code - suck it and see)

I think the max file size is something like 2mb!

I hope you have sorted out using the e-mail/web copies feature by now, if not come back with any questions.
One tip: to ensure your web copy images have the same aspect ratio as the image, whether cropped with a filter or with a print crop or not cropped at all, enter the pixel size so the width & height are the same, e.g. 800x800.
2nd tip: rather than let QU create the {Q}e-mail folder automatically, enter a folder name of your own. Doing that will ensure previous web copies are not deleted or overwritten -  a feature of the auto-created folder.
I have a PBase gallery http://www.pbase.com/tjm04
and have used Qimage for making the web copies for several years. You have to make sure the "original size is viewed because PBase created smaller versions are rather soft.
