I print multiple large photos and use both the Optimal Spaced and freehand options.  I drag the photos all the way to the top, but when they print out they are off by about 1/16".  Any ideas on how to get them to line up perfectly because it's easier to cut when they are lined up

Hi Amanda,
Welcome to the Qimage forum, the friendliest place in town.

To align images, (in your case to the top). go into the page editor.
Select an image by clicking it, and hold the Ctrl key down while clicking the UP ARROW on the keyboard.
Now select the other print, and do the same thing.
Both Perfectly aligned.

If you need more, please give more information as to page size and print sizes. and your objective.

Fred

QU has facilities in the Page Editor aligning images very precisely as follows.
Shift-arrow moves the selected image in small increments in either direction.
Ctrl-arrow aligns the selected image to the edge of the page, another image edge, which ever is nearer. Continuing to use Ctrl arrow will align to the next nearest edge and so on.
Also when aligning images on a page in the page editor, select the Size/Loc tab where you will see the exact dimensions of the selected image and it's position on the page.
You can enter position dimensions directly if required.
You access the page editor by double clicking just outside the page on the preview or use the icon (2nd from right) below the page preview.

Thanks Terry, all these years I've been aiming for that little magnifying glass icon. Double clicking makes it easy peasy, as someone sometimes says.
