I am on Windows 7, running a canon IPF9400, I just loaded Qimage Ultimate and am very new to it
it looks great,, I get an error message and the program locks up
ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS 0040CA50 IN MODULE Q IMAGE EXE READ OF ADDRESS AOF6BEB

can anybody advise what to do?

Hi Bill,
When do you get the error message? What are you attempting to do, and what are yiou clicking to get it?

I really don't know for sure, think it's about going to print,, but when it happens again, I will let u know,, Bill

OK Bill, keep track of what  feature you are using when it happens, and if it does, try reinstalling Qimage after disabling the anti virus for a few minutes while you download a fresh install file and install it. No need to uninstall first.
