I'm registered but I need to change my email address. I followed the procedure given by Mike in Support; however it's not working and I can't download the latest update. Any suggestions?

Just one question based on the past.
Quite a number of folks forget to include the old email address, and that's how the data for the changes are sorted.

You did everything correctly, but for some reason it was stuck in the change queue.  I fixed it and the address is now changed.
