Hi. I have attached a screenshot of the Qimage Ultimate screen of the last print I did. My question is : I couldn't find any media type options to be able to set the media type as a RED River paper to match the printer profile of the exact type of paper I was using ( a 24 inch wide roll of Red River Polar Gloss Metallic). The real question I have is am I getting the best print quality possible as long as I have the exact printer profile for the type of paper I am using even if the media type doesn't match?  Thanks very much for any help on this.

The available media type settings are determined by the printer driver.  If you got your profile from Red River or some other commercial source, you should have also received direction as to what media type to set in the driver to match the profile.
