I am printing with an Epson 2400 in a Windows 10 Environment. I select B+ for an Outside Border and a dimension of 0.03 with black as the color. I am using Red River 13x19 Paper and a Custom Print Size of 10x13  Previously I would see the Border when I added it. Now I don't. Also, if I move the mouse curser over the print preview I get a Message "Border Cleared" and my setting of 0.03 in B+ resets to 0.00
Never had this issue before. I looked at the Help Videos and the Forum but can't find anything directly releated to this issue so I'm posting here.

Hi Buddy,
I think I see what you are doing. I can repeat the disappearance.
You are using only BORDER mumber #2, leaving the main border, #1 at 0.00.
This will cause number two to delete.
That is made that way
Please put your border on the image using BORDER #1, and problem solved.

Sorry for the delay in responding. That solves the problem. Thank you!
