Hi all,

Does anyone else experience problems with the print properties button on the actual image the one next to the remove button?
I find sometimes I can't select it on the actual image and haver to us the one below the preview window the button next to the edit page button. Hope I am clear.
It is more than likely something I am doing wrong as usual Embarrassed
Anyway its not a big problem of course just sometimes frustrating.
Excuse my use of the English language I was born in yorkshire!

Hi Phil,
How about making a return post here with a list of everything you did so we can try to repeat the problem you get.
It might be easier to paste a couple of screen snaps of the Qimage main page (even doing it in halves to keep the file size small)
This way we can see the print size, the placement, the page size, How many prints on a page, etc,

I can actually open the print property box even when the button is hidden under another image.

Just a footnote, Phil, You are aware that QU still retains the previous: "Hold down the Right Mouse Button for 2 seconds" method of opening the print Properties box?

Hi Fred,
I know this make it virtually impossible to find a answer but I can never seem to recreate the problem it just happens now and then
with no set pattern. I did try and recreate it strait after you answer and no luck I only posted the query as it happened about half an hour ago
and while it was in my mind I sent the post as normally I forget about it until it next happens. It doesn't matter how many prints or sizes or on the page
it is very random. I will try and recreate it and get back to you.
Has anyone else experienced this?

OK I just did it. Now after doing a canvas wrap the borders are set to 44mm I then forget to remove the borders and add another image that  don't want borders on
and I  end up with screen shot Duh silly me so i go to click print properties on the image and I cant select it or the remove box well I say I can't but if I move my cursor around the area I sometimes see
the remove/properties dialogue  flash up but cant select it. OK i realise I have made a mistake in my print size selection and my borders but I now need the print properties page or to remove the image
and can't do this on the image itself. Can you recreate this? I am stupid in getting the image into this state for print but my stupidity doesn't explain not been able to select the button oh forget that statement!

That's RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON,

OK, will play with previous specifications in previous post.

OOPS!  It's in mms.
For that I need Terry

PS I just did it!!
Made an 8 x 10, added a 44mm border, then added Canvas stretch Edge....  Button doesn't work, although the Right Mouse Hold does work.

I repeated it too.
It only occurs with canvas borders where the buttons appear at the outer edge of the border. Plain borders are ok where the buttons appear within the image and not on the border.
A little glitch & one for Mike?

OK think I have worked it out. When you put an image in the preview window with a border say 2 inches (imperial just for you)wide in mirror or stretch the print properties button
and remove button go in to the bottom right hand corner of the image so the buttons are on the faded/shaded are which show the wrap/border now this button cannot
be used (well on mine anyway) now if you change the border to a border say with pick with dropper the the print properties/remove button goes to the actual image and not
on the border as when in mirror/stretch mode and can be used. Now I have worked out that when using mirror or stretch if you put your mouse over the image and not border where
the print properties/remove button is when using a border other than mirror/stretch then the dialogue come up unfortunately my screen grab does not grab the mouse cursor
or dialogue /splash that I am talking about. Anyway two screen shots showing different positions of buttons the shot called border works fine the shot called mirror stretch the
buttons don't work unless you go to the area where the buttons are on the border shot. Hope this makes sense?

At last its not just me! I was beginning to wonder.  Anyway its just a silly glitch but was odd at times anyway that wasted my Sunday
trying to recreate it.

Yes like that Terry. What are you using? I have to ask been a Yorkshireman is it free?
I love the rugby BUT (yes this is odd) I don't own a tv! Although I did listen to the local rugby league match on the radio while
trying to work this problem out.
