I sent Mike an email through the QU Help tab on 01st January asking for my registered email to be changed, and then again on 04th January, but I am still unable to change it in QU to my new address.
A return receipt to my latter email was also unforthcoming.
I also tried the same procedure almost a year ago when I last renewed my subscription, and had the same lack of response. However, I was then preoccupied by other matters, so didn't chase it.
Is there anything I am doing wrong? I'm beginning to feel that I am only able to get a prompt response when I pay money.
