Hi everyone.
I think this was a feature that a number of people asked for, but I think it could be a fooler for some.
The embedded size of an image is only valuable when there is an embedded size.
No camera that I have come across embeds a size, so we are looking for an image whose creator wants it to be used at a specific size.
Example would be the print target for making your own printer profiles, and this print must be the  correct size and plenty of ppi so the target  reader in Profile Prism can relate to it.
This target happens to be created purposefully at 390 ppi.

Another example might be sending your images out to be printed, and the company requests a specific ppi.  Even Qimage Ultimate embeds 300 ppi into email size images.
I'm sure many of you that use Embedded size have more uses, but my point is....
If the image that you are working with has no embedded ppi, it will subconsciously use the DeFacto embedded numbers that you leave in the box in CUSTOM, EMBEDDED SIZE.
So when you hover your mouse pointer over thumbs and read the embedded ppi in the hot bar below, remember to take into consideration how that number got into that image.
Should you wish to intentionally embed a specific size, simply set that Embedded size box to the number you need and check Print to File,Then Create a Copy.

The other item that might need some clarification is the ON Deck and mat/border concern.
I would set up my borders on my print and then forget that a border will not pass through the portal from queue to On Deck. Poof, the entire image and border would disappear.
Now if I forget, only the mat disappears.... and I can put it back on from within the On Deck screen.

Have fun!
Fred

Mike, thank you. This is very much appreciated by some of us and you delivered it fast.

Fred, nice to add the warnings for when it could be confusing. I think I can manage though.

Met vriendelijke groet, Ernst
